An enjoyable trip to the park for kids

The money collected through fundraising by our French volunteer Mélanie, one month ago, allowed the foundation to organise a trip to the park for the children of Mercado and Takoloma, which turned out to be a fantastic day.

The park, Vial, of Cochabamba, has welcomed more than 40 kids from Takoloma and approximately 30 from Mercado Campesino last week.

The children thoroughly enjoyed the day ; having fun on the swings, toboggans, bumper car, as well as enjoying various other activities organized by volunteers (football, dodgeball, volley…).

These days out are a real chance for the kids who don’t often have the opportunity to leave their district to have fun with their friends in a different positive environment.

The excursion was also the opportunity for Bolivia Digna to inaugurate the new truck bought by the association last week.

Everybody had a great time, and Bolivia Digna will look to organize more trips like this for kids in the future.
