During this class, the teacher is giving exercise to kids, mainly in order to teach them basis like how to write, to draw, to count, but also colors, parts of the body, numbers… Bolivia Digna’s volunteers are here to assist the teacher but overall kids, when they are asking for help.

After hard working, students have a well-deserved break, around 10:30, where they can eat a little snack and go outside to spend their energy.

They finally come back to work at 11:00 until 11:45.

Knowing that school is only compulsory between 6 to 11 years old in Bolivia, Mercado’s nursery school is a real chance for these kids to have the opportunity to attend school earlier than the average. Thus, they are learning planty of interesting things necessary for their personnal development and in addition to prepare them for the higher school level.
