"I really liked how the kids were so happy everytime we came to teach and play with them"

I have been working for Bolivia Digna as a volunteer for 2 months in both of the projects (Mercado and Tackoloma - Bolivia Digna is present in two communities), and it was an amazing experience!

I have been working with both the small and the bigger children, but each group was unique. I was mainly in charge of the sports with the big ones, but I was also helping the smaller ones with the alphabet, painting, singing and playing a tag game called Pesca Pesca with the small kids too. I really liked how all the kids were so happy every time we came to teach and play with them, although sometimes they weren’t paying attention or yelling, because of my lack of Spanish, but it all worked out in the end.

I really much liked Bolivia and especially Cochabamba. It’s in the perfect location of Bolivia. Not too hot and not too cold. At first I had to get use to the Bolivian style of living, but after that I found Cochabamba very beautiful. The people I was working with and in the place I was living, were also very nice to me. All in all are Bolivianos very welcoming and sweet.
